Job Description:
Identify and prospect new business accounts; Maintain and grow exiting clients base;
Estimate and/or quote prices, credit terms, warranties and delivery dates; Advise customers
on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized
products and
services; Review and adapt information regarding product innovations,
competitions and
market conditions; Maintain sales records for inventory control.
Qualifications Required:
Sales experience with professional presentation and persuasive skills an asset; Working
knowledge of PC-based systems, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Providing
written and verbal descriptive reports; Enjoying an independent selling environment and
willing to learn the business from the ground up; Traveling within a designated territory
required with reliable and suitable vehicle.

Marketing Analyst

Job Description:
Provide information and insights regarding client satisfaction, sales revenues and service
quality that will enhance the quality of business decisions; Work closely with senior
management to provide consultation on the implications and applications of research
findings.
Qualifications Required:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; Well-rounded marketing skills
including experience in market research programs and working with and implementing marketing
plans; Be able to work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines.

Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate office procedures; Research and prepare reports, manuals
and correspondence; Maintain inventory of office supplies and order supplies as required;
Organize and co-ordinate flow of work for general office clerks and data entry clerks.
Qualifications Required:
2-3 years of administrative experience; MS Office proficiency; Excellent written and
verbal communication skills; Problem-solving skills; Planning and organizing skills.

Purchasing Co-ordinator

Job Description:
Review requisition orders for accuracy; Verify stock availability from current inventories;
Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers; Calculate costs of orders; Charge
or forward invoices to appropriate accounts; Process purchases; Resolve delivery and
other problems with suppliers; Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records.
Qualifications Required:
Work under pressure in the fast-paced environment; Tight deadlines; Attention to
detail; Ability to distinguish between colours; Problem solving; Computer use; Job task
planning and organizing.

Warehouse Worker
|
Job Description:
Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products; Pick
orders and stock; Pack and unpack goods; Build pallets; Maintain and organize inventory.
