WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Before you replace your beloved down-filled bedding, there may be simple ways to restore its comfort and extend its life. As a long-standing down wholesaler and manufacturer, Highland Feather is committed to helping you get the most from your down duvet.
We can assess the condition of your down duvet and recommend options such as refluffing, adding more fill, or restoring its original loft and warmth. If it's beyond repair, we can even repurpose the down-filled material into a new item like a pillow or a smaller down blanket.
Please note, for hygiene purposes, we require the down products to be professionally cleaned before they are returned for repair.
