My husband is a hot sleeper, basically radiates heat, so I looked into the best materials so we wouldn't get too warm. Silk came up as material that was good for temperature regulation and being hypoallergenic. I will say it's very thin and I personally like a slightly heavier blanket, but it's worked out great for us and what we need it for. I use it with a brush cotton cover and it's a great combo. Highly recommend this duvet insert.
Love this mulberry silk comforter! It is thin yet keeps me warm in the winter. If you like a bit more weight, just use a thicker comforter cover. The outer cotton shell is soft and smooth. This is my third mulberry silk comforter, and I�ve been happy with all of them! Highly recommend it!
