I opted for this premium down duvet - especially since it comes with a 15-year quality warranty - and it's been a wonderful addition. I checked the odor first, because I had some bad experiences with cheap duck down comforters before that had unpleasant smells that never went away. This one had virtually no smell - after airing it out briefly, any faint odor became completely unnoticeable. Such a relief! Despite being a summer weight at 800 fill power, it's still super fluffy and makes the bed look so plush and luxurious. I read reviews saying the size seemed smaller than stated, and I can see why people might think that - it's because it's so fluffy that it looks bunched up. I use duvet covers that have corner ties so the difference isn't a problem. I also appreciate the baffle box construction - it gives the duvet its wonderful fluffiness and keeps the down evenly distributed throughout. No cold spots or thin areas at all. My old duvet was always lumpy with all the filling sliding to one side, but this one maintains its loft perfectly. What's also great is that white down is more budget-friendly than goose down, which I appreciate. I've actually recommended it to several friends with kids heading to college. Excellent stitching, soft shell fabric, and that cloud-like comfort, everything's so wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my purchase - such a good quality duvet especially at this price point!
This is my first down comforter, having purchased alternative down before. I ordered the x-king 110x100 which fits my high mattress perfectly. The cover is very soft and silky and the baffle stitching is excellent. The comforter started puffing up as soon as I removed it from the box and it is very light and fluffy. It has 50 oz. of premium white goose down (the down weight is not listed on the specification info) and is beautifully made. I can't think of any reason not to purchase this item. A very well made high quality item at a reasonable price. Buy one.
High quality comforte, warm, fluffy, and beautifully lofty. The outer fabric is tightly woven and silky soft, and the down is evenly distributed. I would definitely buy this again.
Pure luxury! I have been using this a few years now and it's still just as fluffy and no shifting has happened...where the down starts migrating to other squares. It's just fabulous!!
I love my new down filled duvet. It is by far one of the best quilts we have owned. It is light weight and warm. The construction of the quilt is excellent. Love it.
