I recently treated myself to this Highland Feather 950 fill power summer weight comforter for my twin bed, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. It's incredibly soft and lofty - the 950 fill power gives it amazing height that makes my bed look so inviting, and I now love jumping into bed because it's like jumping into a cloud! When I pull it over me, it's super light but still substantial enough to feel cozy. It's fluffy enough to satisfy my love of burrowing into bed. The shell is wonderfully quiet and smooth too - no rustling sounds when I move around at night. The twin size is perfect for my bed, though I do wish it hung down a tiny bit more on the sides, but that's just me being picky. After almost a month of using it every night, I'm impressed that there's been absolutely no leaking of down or feathers (knock on wood!), and the fluffiness remains pretty much the same as day one. It recovers fast too - just a quick shake in the morning and it puffs right back up. Sometimes I'm too lazy to do even that, and it still looks fine. I also bought an 800 loft white down for my guest room to see what the difference would be. Yeah, this 950 one cost me almost double what I paid for the 800, which kind of hurt my wallet at the time. But honestly? No regrets. The 800 is nice and my guests haven't complained or anything, but when I tested both, you can definitely feel why the 950 costs more. It's so soft and fluffy - you know it when you feel it! Anyway, I'm really happy with both purchases, but especially love crawling into my own bed with the 950 every night!
I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. The Highland Feather 950 loft duvet is absolutely heaven! It is soft and puffy like sleeping with a cloud. I spent a little time deciding on this comforter. I read the review that said it was noisy and all I can say is mine is not. I decided to splurge and I am so glad I did! Everyone who wants to sleep like royalty needs this comforter!
We learnt from our friend who purchased this duvet before that they highly recommended us to try. We purchased 2 and have been using them for few months and have to say this is the best product you will never be regret.
