Before replacing your beloved down-filled bedding, consider these simple ways to restore its comfort and extend its life. 
We can assess the condition of your down duvet and recommend options such as refluffing, adding more fill, or restoring its original loft and warmth. If it's beyond repair, we can even repurpose the down-filled material into a new item like a pillow or a smaller down blanket.
If your down duvet is covered under our 15-year warranty and has a manufacturing defect, this service may be free of charge.

For other cases, we offer it at a fair cost. It's an easy way to keep your down comforter in use longer and reduce waste.

Highland Feather Down Product Repair & Service Form

As a long-standing down wholesaler and manufacturer, Highland Feather is committed to helping you get the most from your down duvet. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair the product or replace it at our discretion. 

 

To submit a warranty claim, complete the Repair & Service Form and include proof of purchase (receipt or package details), product information (name, specifications), and clear photos showing the issue. Providing detailed information helps us review and approve your claim quickly. Once authorized, ship the clean product to us at your expense. We’ll inspect it, and if it’s a covered manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it and return it at no cost. If the damage isn’t covered, we can offer repair services at a reasonable fee, with return shipping handled by you.
